A little gem of a place, we booked for an evening meal and wasn't disappointed. Lovely cosy pub. The food was absolutely amazing, we are vegetarian but still plenty of choice for us. The portions are very generous. Great value, lovely food, and atmosphere.Vegetarian options: Plenty of choice
Love this pub! Lovely scenic location. friendly professional staff, good selection of food, drinks on the menu and real ales kept well. We had the lasagne, chips and salad and steak chips and veg. Huge portions, very tasty, piping hot, with fresh veg and home made chips (not frozen). Sadly no room for pudding but they looked superb. Very cozy in winter with the log burner.

Lovely family owned pub with great friendly service and delicious home cooked food. No ability to pay by card when we went so best to have cash on you although paying by bank transfer was an option. Recommend the lasagne and pie of the day, it was chicken and chorizo which was wonderful. Try and save a bit of room for pudding there's a great choice and the special bread and butter pudding using a hot cross bun was a real treatVegetarian options: Vegetarian lasagne and burger
