Lovely pub, warm welcome and looked after a very big party of 18 of us twice in 2 days. They were very accommodating with us just turning up Sat tea time and the food was ace. Sunday lunch was great in a giant Yorkshire pud ?
Shared a lovely meal here with my friend. Hadn't been here for years & we were not disappointed. Booked online & had quick reply, staff friendly & welcoming, very cosy pub atmosphere, everyone was having a good time, very nice that dogs are allowed in & they were very well behaved. I had chicken curry with rice & nan ( could of had chips, or half rice half chips, which was a nice choice) the curry was full of flavours & not dry at all as some can be, rice was very fluffy & light....read full review

Can't fault this cosy pub, we are a walking gang of 8 & we do appreciate a good lunchtime pit stop. We all enjoyed our meals, good value & proper chips! a rarity these days, the sausages, fish fingers, the prawns etc were all delicious. We'll be back thank
