53 Market St, South Normanton, AlfretonOrder from here regularly and have never had an issue in the past, however this evening ordered 2 combination kebabs and one came incorrect. Called to ask for replacement and was told it would be sent out along with sauces as they were also missing. Over an hour passed and the food still hadn’t arrived so called again, staff were extremely rude and it was like the first call had never happened. When the replacement finally arrived it was still without sauce and the delivery driver said he didn’t have a clue what was going on. This has put us off ordering from here again we will go elsewhere in future. It takes a lot for me to write a review but this one felt necessary due to the rudeness of the staff

I think the only thing I’d add is to ensure breakfast is stocked up a little better, but may be down to our timing. Regardless was worth the price given kids are free ??

3 Lea Bank, South Normanton, AlfretonFirst time eating from here tonight. Food overall was really delicious! Partner said the noodles are the best he's had! Chips were also delicious and tasty sweet and sour sauce. The chicken balls were a bit chewy and hard to cut through but overall good!

East Midlands Designer Outlet, Mansfield Rd, South Normanton, AlfretonOn visiting yesterday, we were promptly greeted by the manager and seated within moments, even though it was dinner time and the restaurant was very busy, the staff were attentive polite and just wonderful to be honest. The food was delivered quickly and cooked to perfection all in all out of many pizza express visits( lincoln york newark) this establishment is far superior to the rest, amazing team who clearly love what they do, and should looked after at all costs!! I didn't eat but the food looked lovely. The prices are very reasonable.The staff are very friendly and welcoming.I will definitely return here.
