Our room was clean and warm, water was hot, and with toiletries provided. It is on the A35, but sound-proofing is surprisingly well, one can't hardly hear the traffic when windows were shut. The restaurant has become a Greggs, so no more free breakfast. You need to get the room key from the cashier of Greggs, and ask them for WiFi password. There is a petrol station next door and they have a convenience store there. Axminster is just 10 minutes away, with some good choices...read full review
Finding the place was ok if you were looking for a35 pitstop which doesn't exist. Room was nice n clean but location was rather drab,not easy to find behind Greg's??? Pit stop cafe not there any more so ignore website as there's no breakfast....disappointed!!!Rooms: TV was miniscule couldn't watch it my laptops bigger ???!!!...No view either.
