Absolutely love this place, as someone who is dairy and soya free because or having a baby with allergies, it is fantastic to have somewhere local that caters to that. All the staff are knowledgeable on the allergens in their food, which unfortunately can't be said for most other cafés. The food is always delicious and the cakes are just divine! The food is great - and I don’t have to be careful what I eat. (My two gf grandsons love it here.). Service always with a smile. A regular haunt of mine when I come into Barnstaple.

We love this cafe, it serves the best flat white in town, the two lovely young ladies Taylor & Kia are just the best, nothing is too much trouble. All their baked products and delicious looking cakes are gluten free and vey popular. Their menu is not huge, but what they do, they do really well, especially the breakfast (served all day) with locally sourced products. There are two guys in there Mike (not sure if he is the owner or manager) and a chef, they too are really helpful...read full review
