Super cosy traditional village pub! Warm and friendly staff, and very accomodating. We had a lite lunch which although only a sandwich was quite substantial. Prices seemed average for a meal out these days, which aren't as reasonable as they once were! Good selection of beers, ales, and ciders, and a decent choice on the menu. We stopped at the Kingfisher for lunch as it looked old and timeless. Traditional old pub with lots of atmosphere. The food was good and at first i thought not enough on the plate but i was wrong and it was more than enough. Drank good local ciders and the staff were very nice. Defo go there again next time we are down.

Visited a couple of times on our holiday. Once for food and once for drinks only. Enjoyed both times, a good selection of drinks and good choices on the menu. Good was of a good quality at a reasonable price. Service was friendly and professional. Certainly recommend.
