We came here for dinner on New Years eve with friends visiting from Canada. Scallops and King Prawns to start followed by Pea and Mint soup. For main course Roast loin of Venison (fabulous) and for pudding I had Apricot Sponge pudding and my wife had the Chocolate Ganache. All just delightful. A super friendly atmosphere and the owner, Pauline Shapland, came and chatted and invited us to try out the restaurants NYE quiz. My husband and I spent New Year’s Eve here having a wonderful dinner. The food was amazing and the service fantastic. We sat in the window seat which was lovely overlooking the water. Would definitely return and thoroughly recommend.

A very welcoming welcome, attentive, furnished wonderfully. The food for all three of us was superb. Monkfish out of this world. The wine excellent. Followed by a selection of port. Wonderful. Thank you.
