Thank You Kirsty and Maria! In a world where a “proper” pub is almost as elusive as Unicorn poop, the all new, Green Gables is a real, rare gem! My husband and I paid a random visit after a long shift on Sunday and we had the best night! Wow alot of money spent on improving this pub , very clean and comfortable just hope it can shake off its bad reputation that it had prior to this , when it wasn't for non locals .

I had only been here once before many years ago. It has been brought up to date and the new owners extended a warm welcome. I found it very nice and wish the new owners every success
