First time visit tonight, after a recommendation from our neighbours. Absolutely loved it. After living in mid Devon for 3 years, we had the best meal out since living here. The food was fantastic! The lamb shank and steak and kidney pudding were perfectly cooked and delicious. The real ale (Otter) was a new one to me, but a perfect session ale. Lots of real ales to try behind the bar. Fantastic food, friendly staff, and great atmosphere. Brilliant service and home cooked food, in fact, the best meal out we've had since moving to Devon 3 years ago. Totally recommend it!Vegetarian options: Vegan and vegetarian options available.

Lovely country pub , warm open fire, really good food . It’s in the heart of the countryside so narrow lanes to navigate, dog friendly..worth a visit ??Kid-friendliness: Children are welcome, nice big tables for activities
