Half moon inn, Clayhidon, CullomptonLovely pub that is near but far. Easier to get to from the M5 than you think and a perfect place for lunch or dinner. Food is good and well priced. The views from the cabins in the beer garden are to die for. Lynda, the landlady is very nice but Dorian, the landlord is awesome and worth the trip alone. Probably the best pub on the north west side of the Blackdown Hills.

Hemyock, CullomptonFantastic meal last night. Prawns and mussels linguine…. Tom, that was amazing. Absolutely delicious. Loads of seafood in a mildly spiced sauce of ginger and chilli. People, do yourself a favour and go and taste Tom’s food. Genius chef.
