Bridwell Park, Uffculme, CullomptonNice cafe in the Orangery next to the Manor House. There is a good selection on the lunch menu. All the food was well presented and the coffee was very nice. There is plenty of seating indoors and on the patio. If you're not a member there is a £5 charge for the car but this includes a £2 token for the cafe. The grounds are extensive with a lake and there is a deer heard.

The Strand Stores
The Strand, CulmstockWe recently rented a house in the area to celebrate a family birthday and The Strand Stores came highly recommended by the local community to cater the weekend and they didn't disappoint. So friendly and amenable, we had fish and chips delivered for the Friday evening which was piping hot and delicious. Beautiful breakfast rolls delivered Saturday morning, along with a bespoke buffet, where every dish was homemade and full of flavour. I can't thank them enough.

Grist Mill Cafe Bar
Coldharbour Mill, Coldharbour, Uffculme, CullomptonI was in the area due to having some car work done by a local garage and was recommended to visit by a local. The staff was absolutely fantastic and friendly and a really hearty warm atmosphere. The lemon cake was to die for and the ham and cheese panini was lush! All this and a pot of tea for under £14 bargain thank you

The Wyndham Arms
High St, Kentisbeare, CullomptonWe have always had fantastic, value for money food when we have visited. the ladt time 14th July, we took our friends and once again we were well looked after by very friendly staff. The meals were all very tasty and a good size. lovely local country pub that always makes you feel welcome. We will be back!

Riverside, Culmstock, CullomptonA lovely country pub with welcoming hosts and friendly locals. Have yet to try food, but hear great things. We were served by Chloe most recently who was great behind the bar. Dog friendly. A must to visit if you’re in the area

Morgan's Transport Café
Unnamed Road, TivertonMorgans Transport Cafe is an Oasis in a desert, a proper cafe with freshly cooked excellent quality food, a really friendly place and well worth a visit, it's only a few minutes off the M5 towards Wellington on the A38, and beats everything else hands down.
It's rare to find a traditional transport cafe anywhere these days, and to find one as good as this is a rarity
I make it a regular stop a couple of times every month and can't fault them, great quality food at good prices with warm friendly staff in clean pleasant surroundings, what else do you need?
