Despite seeing some very negative recent reviews, my friends and I decided to take a chance on this place anyway. It sounds like they've recently taken over the place so some leeway is needed for them to get on their feet. We're glad we went, the buildings are really lovely and the staff were all extremely friendly! I slept so well, in one of the rooms in the outhouse buildings, bedding good quality and comfy. We came to Home Farm for something to eat and we are so pleased that we did. The food was absolutely delicious. We are going to highly recommend this restaurant to friends and family, and will defiantly be going back soon. I stayed at the hotel for a business trip. It’s a lovely old place, lots of character & a great location.The staff were all very friendly & the service great.We ate in the restaurant in the evening & had breakfast & the food was superb at both meals.Would definitely recommend this hotel.Food & drinks: The food was excellent & I would definitely eat here even if not staying
