Arrived late afternoon, staff very accommodating, served lunch even though they had finished service, food was lovely and plenty of it, Lovely lager and local ale , definitely recommend

We popped in initially just for a pint after a concert in the church, and could smell delicious food and decided to stay and eat. Being keen cooks ourselves we are fussy about where we eat and have never been disappointed at the Union Inn and tonight was no exception. We visited here on the last evening of our holiday as recommended by a local of where we was staying. I booked a table the day before as was recommended as didn’t want to be disappointed. We was warmly welcomed by the staff and ordered drinks before being taken to our table. A lot of different drinks on offer, especially the ciders which is my favourite type of drink.
