Great location, great food, great ambience, one of my fave pubs.You always get a nice crowd in here and its one of Plymouths hidden gems as its off the beaten track. Its dog friendly and very comfy.We had a couple of starters and they were super filling and yummy, can't rate this pub highly enough :)
We visited The Fishermans Rest a couple of years ago and were so impressed we went back a couple of nights later! ( Reviewed Oct 2021) Well we were back in Plymouth so had to give it another go, we made a reservation and so glad we did as again the place was full. Based on our previous visit we had high expectations and we were not disappointed. The team had changed but again excellent service, very good wine list and choice of beer - again. What a cracking hidden away pub. Just visited New Year's eve during the day for a drink. Really enjoyable. Next time I\\\"m in Plymouth, I will try the food because it looks great too.
