Fantastic village pub. The new owners work so hard to make your visit the best ever. The staff are just amazing and very friendly indeed. More choice of cider would be great eg Devon Red.Parking: Really good
First visit ( hopefully not the last). A great balance between local boozer and food lead pub that ticked all my boxes, plus it’s dog friendly. Open fires, bar with a TV, if that’s your thing, plus a large separate dining room/area The menu is stacked with pub classics like prawn cocktail, whitebait, load fries, the classic burger, steak and ale pie, beer battered fish and chips and so much more, it’s a great menu and with so much choice I need to go back soon. Really lovely meal, excellent staff, lovely atmosphere, really liked that the new owners have kept the pub as a proper local while serving great food as well and not ridiculously expensive either. Well done staff!
