Really good Guinness..obviously take good care when cleaning the pipes! A good Guinness speaks volumes for a pub...Good choice of other beers,good service,quicker to get a drink than nearby Ship Inn that is always packed this time of year..
Warm, welcoming atmosphere, all the staff and management are lovely, helpful and part of making your experience enjoyable , really good drink prices, brilliant bands of all genres, great place to have a dance on a weekend, a chill on a Sunday, open mic night is amazing with lots of talent making it a music lovers destination, karaoke is also a fun evening with loads of local talented singers taking part and those not so great (me..! ) and if it couldn't get any better the location...read full review

Our visits to Teignmouth often involve a walk along the seafront and ending at the Back Beach, with time for a drink or two before the train home. It is a lovely spot to sit outside with a pint to watch activity on the Teign, and is clearly very popular with the locals.
