Three of us all had steaks, which were cooked to perfection. The plate is overflowing with food, which is always very tasty.You always get a warm welcome here but do book ahead as it is a small pub that is very popular.Parking: There is parking round the back of the pub. Not plentiful but you should be able to find a space.

Worth every star. Sadly leaving the area and tonight was the last chance for a scrumptious meal after literally 100:+ visits Can honestly say ..never had a bad meal. The food is excellent with good sized portions. Prices are sensible The atmosphere …. Extremely welcoming The log fires …homely The staff… could not be better . The service simply excellent . Cannot recommend The New Inn and everyone there enough.

Arrived on a very wet dark evening with friends.the roads to this place as are everywhere around there very difficult especially when is pitch dark and raining.Beware. The Inn itself is very cosy with a log fire and old church pew seating.The food was okay, i actually had a steak i could eat , where as in France where we used to live were none edible.Hats off to the chef.The evening was spoilt to a degree with a about 6 after work horray farmers boys with identical checked shirts...read full review
