In the area for our daughter’s wedding. The Bell were able to seat and feed 9 of us with short notice. The pub itself is a quaint Devon pub, very busy and obviously the heart of the community. The lady that greeted us and served our table all night was what all public facing staff should be like. She was genuinely interested in us and giving us her time. The food was amazing. What a little gem! Chance brought us here, exactly halfway between us and friends on holiday so we met here! Great host, fabulous food, fine array of beer and spirits. Lovely dining areas, garden. Just great!!

The Absolute best Sunday roast i have had in a long time. The menu is extensi e and also sounds delicious. Brilliant service and a lovely old fashioned pub with a very warm welcome. Highly recommend a visit. I for one will definitely be going back
