Bar • “Went with a couple of friends for an afternoon tea and the food was delicious.I dont think I've had such tasty sandwiches and the scones with clotted cream and jam were amazing.The staff were very friendly and attentive and I dont think my tea cup or champagne glass were empty at any point during our lunch.I would highly reccomend The Lord Bute, it looks beautiful inside and out and the food was amazing!”

Bar • “20th anniversary lunch enjoyed yesterday 5th November. Deep fried mushrooms for a starter a staple of the starter menu. We came for Sunday lunch and enjoyed a sharing platter of lamb and beef with really good vegetables and Yorkshire puddings. A extra side of pigs in blankets. Lunch was enjoyed and we left feeling slightly stuffed but above all happy with the service and especially the food. Sometimes in this country customers and services are not great but thanks to all for yesterday.”
Bar • “We stopped at this pub to get out of the rain on our walk. We were thinking of having a snack but my partner decided to have a Thai dish. I ordered a cheese toastie with a Thai salad which was delicious. My partner said his Thai dish was the best he had tasted. The staff were so friendly and could not do enough. Bar • “Absolutely loved it, best roast in town (not including my mama's ?) booked a table for Sunday lunch, very accommodating with a young toddler. So busy eating I forgot to take my regular pics but the portion sizes are enormous, food was cooked to perfection and the wait time was so little from ordering to table. Great ”
“Visited the pub last night , Tuesday. A bit quiet , but most places are midweek , at this time of year. Beer was amazing and the staff were what you dream of on a pub. Superb. Great fun and knowledgeable. The lovely lady recommended the mushroom soup and she was right. Incredible. 5 of us had it. She also said the Lamb and mint suet pudding was good. It was exceptional , not to minty , which was fine. Service was first rate and we really enjoyed it. Beautiful pub to , Ringwood ales , brilliant staff , food was amazing. What more can you want. Thoroughly recommend. Thanks.”
