Five Guys Burgers and Fries Bournemouth, Castlepoint

Overall, the experience was very good. I ordered a burger with mushrooms that needed to be gluten free as well as a burger with a bun. At first this was fine, but later it was explained that the mushrooms would be cooked with the buns so wouldn't be GF. After talking it through with the manager, it got sorted (they were cooked in a separate area). The burgers were served up in separate bags, but the fries were put in with the standard burger and so I had to send them back as I couldn't risk cross contamination. Speaking with the manager again, this was quickly rectified, and the food was delicious as always. Whilst I might have come across as a difficult customer, Hannah the manager was very understanding and empathetic, anf did everything she could to make it a positive experience. Thumbs up to her and her team, who by all accounts were quite new and still learning.
