We just had the loveliest meal and service at this most beautiful little pub/ restaurant. Everything was 10/10. They also made my little boy so incredibly welcome. We came away wishing we had a golden fox in our home town. Thank you for an incredible experience
Been coming here now for several months and this place is consistently outstanding. Sunday lunch last week with friends and I was awkward asking for the lamb shank but with all the trimmings of the beef. No problem at all I was even asked if I wanted the beef gravy or the red wine jus. The service in this place is second to none, nothing is too much trouble, friendly without being over bearing. The welcome from staff and immediate understanding of Gluten Free requirements gave us the reassurance of the menu. GF specific dishes were marked but all the dishes could be adapted, if required. The first question of "What may we cook for you today" was a delight. Excellent food and attentive service does this pub proud. We'll be back.Dietary restrictions: Good for gluten free requirements.
