Always nice and friendly staffFood is always niceThe service is terrible and let's them down. Check your food before leaving the place. Ours has been wrong about four or five times now....just little things like no sauce, or the wrong sauce or no salad or extra chips....stuff that we'd asked for, and it spoils the experienceIt's a shame because the food is lovely, if they can sort these issues out then it'd be great
