The Coach & Horses is a restaurant that offers a delightful dining experience. The food is consistently praised, with the parmo being described as delicious and made with high-quality chicken. The Sunday lunch, especially the belly pork, is also outstanding, with perfectly cooked vegetables, homemade gravy, and Yorkshire puddings. The staff are friendly and welcoming, creating a cosy and charming atmosphere. However, a recent visit was not as positive, with the restaurant struggling with availability and the overall quality of the food being poor. The interior is also dated and in need of renovation. Despite this, the establishment has been a favourite for many over the years, and there is hope that with the planned renovations and a new chef, the Coach & Horses will be able to reclaim its former glory.
