So impressed with this restaurant I have many allergies and the staff especially Jason went above and beyond my usual experience of other restaurants. Each member of staff was kind, friendly and nothing was a problem. When my partner and I went for breakfast Jason ensured that I had the allergy folder, changed the cutlery, took my order and most importantly took having someone there with allergies seriously but did not make either me or my partner feel like we were a problem....read full review

I booked a table for the family to try the Sunday carvery. It was easy to book a table and was ready when we arrived to the restaurant. The carvery was delicious and had loads of choices for myself and my very picky children. The kids loved the play area and we will definitely be returning. 10/10 for customer service as all the staff were friendly and helpful

Regular visitors to this Brewers Fayre but slightly disappointed this time. New (or unfamiliar) staff on bar who made mistakes with orders and had to chase for desserts to be served on both evenings. Only one real ale available but food excellent as always and 2 staff who've worked there for many years give good customer service.
