This is "Probably" the best chippy in Hartlepool. There are some that would say no, but that's personal choice. The fish and chips portion is enough to fill anyone, patties are brilliant, mushy peas sometimes leave a little to desire as the taste is not as good as my home-made version. Burgers and sausages in batter are good too. One thing I must say, I appreciate that costs are going up, everywhere... but - £16.05p for 2 half lots, a pattie and a small tub of gravy is beginning...read full review

Best fish and chips in Hartlepool served by lovely staff, friendly professional and cheap at £13+ pence, can't fault it lovely and clean, fast , freshly cooked. Deserves to win business award

I go here very regularly because the staff, food and prices are fantastic. Lovely ladies and always service with a smile. I recommend this place to anyone who asks for a good one. Best Fish and Chip shop in town!
