I went to this McDonald’s with a family member and was screamed at by a member of staff called Sarah while I was walking towards the collection area. While she was screaming she was shaking her head at me which I thought was inappropriate and rude. The reason she screamed at me was because I stopped slightly away from the waiting area to see where a family member went. The screaming was not needed and if that’s how they talk to customers they need more training.
