Bancroft Dr, Thornaby, Stockton-on-TeesService was great and so was the atmosphere, the food was edible, the plain burger was a bit dry but it partially my fault because I'm very picky lol. The chips were mixed to me. Some were completely dry, some were great and some tasted like they were baked in salt. I wouldn't come again but I'm sure others will enjoy it. :)
they also called my grandad arnold for some reason which I found a bit funny (it's not his name lol)

Hotel Chocolat
Unit 20C, Teesside Shopping Park, Sandown Wy., Thornaby, Stockton-on-TeesThe shakes are amazing in this place, there are plenty of choices and plant based milks available. I had the Black Forest shake with coconut milk and it was delicious. There are a couple of tables outside which is great in the sunshine, and there are also a few tables inside the shop. I’ll definitely return and highly recommend.

Newmarket Ave, Thornaby, Stockton-on-TeesI visited the store tonight at 6 pm. With a problem with some indigestion tablets I had bought. ( Part of the packet was missing )
The lady on the front desk was very helpful and polite. The lovely young, duty manager who authorised the exchange was just as professional too. No hassle, problem solved very quickly. In a courteous manner.
Very nice experience to have dealt with lovely staff.
It was also good to see the security doing their job correctly. I got stopped when the alarm was triggered. But they are just as professional. Nice well-run store.

Costa Coffee
Unit 22, Teeside Retail Park, Thornaby, Stockton-on-TeesI always liked the Costa Coffee, easy to pop in and grab yourself a hot drink. In the teesside shopping area this place serves greatly. A smile, on the other hand, would be more present on the staff's face ? cheers.

Again the food was excellent.
By far the best option in Ingleby and surrounding areas.

NEXT, Teesside Shopping Park, Unit 14 Goodwood Sq, Thornaby, Stockton-on-Teeshad a wonderful experience on saturday, fast and smiley service, especially from a young woman called grace- definitely made mine and my hubbys day. Would 100% recommend and will be returning.

An unexpected diversion on a long and stressful journey.
Myself, my husband and my step dad found ourselves at Tees retail park MacDonalds in "a sticky" situation!!
My step father needed the toilet!
Unfortunately, we were somewhat "late" for the toilet! Oh dear!
The situation was terrible, embarrassing and highly emotional!
Lovely young woman PAIGE on "floor duty" was my/our saviour!
I said I would give a glowing review of thanks -here it is and sorry its late!
Paige, you went somewhat above and beyond the call of duty and we were/ are Extremely GRATEFUL for this!
Thanks for the bin bags, your understanding AND (the no doubt) awful mess and stench that awaited you in the men's toilet cubicle on our exit!!!!!
THANK YOU for dealing with this and making an otherwise dreadful experience a little more bearable!
