We wasn’t disappointed the lady put a jug of water on the table which we didn’t have to ask for and the roast beef was delicious and it came with a jug of gravy the dessert were very tasty and the staff were very happy and friendly it’s small cafe and different inside and it’s best to book and we will be going back
We visited on a cold and wet December afternoon but our spirits were lifted once we entered the restaurant by the beautiful decor and lovely welcome. We had pre-ordered the festive afternoon tea which was superb and very inventive. Starters of pigs in blankets with roast potatoes were paired with a lovely warming soup. Salmon and Turkey sandwiches were on the middle layer of the cake stand with a superb selection of cakes and scones with a festive twist finishing off the tea....read full review

Went for afternoon tea , absolutely delicious. Been here a few times for coffee and also takeaway afternoon tea . But had a voucher for Christmas for afternoon tea. Highly recommend. Sandwiches lovely and fresh, scones yum and the cakes were very tasty. Service by Sarah was greatl lovely and friendly, lovely cosy little venue.
