A little out the way for us but we got the 30% off voucher through the door so thought we'd give it a go as it's been many years. We both had a burger and it was really nice, all hot and didn't have to wait too long. Lovely calm atmosphere, just right temperature and comfortable seating. The place is a little pricey which is half expected from it's location but with an offer is pretty much on par with others. I'd definitely tell someone just to try it, we enjoyed it. Our usual cheery welcome with knowledgable staff who know our food order by memory now! Very good service and excellent food. Lovely relaxing surroundings for a meal at the end of a busy week. Well done Paul and the team.

Just finished fish and chips and still drinking a pint of Neck Oil. Can't fault either, and for just shy of 20 quid I don't think you can go wrong. Service was great (with a smile), friendly and prompt. Solid pub and good atmosphere. Will be back.
