I visited this pub for the first time because it was hosting the Brighton Repair Cafe that day. I was welcomed by one of the joint owners as I came in through the front door and was made to feel at home straight away. Other customers were a mixture of old guys, some younger mums and singletons, and a few (well-behaved) children. Met son and family at this local pub around corner from their home. A good welcome by barman and the locals, all very friendly.My German cousin and myself had veggie and chicken burgers which were delicious and son and partner the specials. All excellent and good value and a venue I would recommend.
