What a lunch!My wife found out about The Eagle having a 100% vegan menu on the Eastbourne Vegan Facebook page, so we had to visit and I implore you to do the same.We had frickles, cheese fries, loaded nachos, the kebab and naked fries - basically we wanted to try it all and I'm so glad we did. Great pub packed with atmospheric rock music and voodoo paraphernalia and music to match Good selection of spirits and other drinks.. friendly experienced staff albeit perhaps a tad expensive.

As others have mentioned, this bar is slowly moving away from sports and into music. It's not a big put-off with me as the music, staff and beer selection is pretty good but it's a shame that they opt for no sound from the TV during sports games. I can understand the music/bands after the game but I think if they want to keep the pub busy on match days, they should look to put the audio on the TV and just keep the music inbetween/after games.
