As foodies that love visiting restaurants all over…. The three of us agreed that this was the best dining experience we’ve had in years! Absolutely perfect welcome into the restaurant by the main man! Modern cocktails in the bar first followed by an amazing tasting menu. Hey so having your birthday 2 days after Christmas is pretty much crap… awful food…rail not running..Christmas leftovers but this year I discovered etch ! Can’t wait go again really loved the whole experience and the food was amazing

We had an amazing experience at Etch being served and greeted by Steven himself. The food and the service is outstanding! Over the years we visited several Michelin restaurants with mixed experiences but Etch. is one of 3 places so far that we will definitely be coming back to when in Brighton next. Each dish was beautiful, full of flavour and immaculately presented. Not possible to choose our favourite! Thank you for a truly 5-star experience!
