Our first visit to the big beach cafe , ordered 4 x meals and round of drinks , sadly mistake was made , the food was left outside to be collected by us and we were sitting inside waiting , by the time we had realised food was cold . Spoke to ‘Ant’ who kindly offered us a full refund or full replacement , top class in resolving issue , we agreed to having part food re cooked plus part refund , but Ant went over the top and gave us all 4 free drinks too , incl. two alcoholic...read full review
We had an excellent meal. I had fish & chips and a beer, while my wife had a smoked salmon bagel and a large glass of wine. The quality was very good. Service was friendly. The fish was so hot I nearly burned my mouth. Very impressive for the price. We sat outside on benches and could easily socially distanced, although the seagulls had to be watched! Popped in here for a coffee and a bacon bap in the afternoon. Great coffee really tasty food and excellent value. Charging a third less than some venues. Will be back for the big brunch soon!
