Our second visit and again it didn’t disappoint. Atmosphere and food was awesome and Jodie our waitress was spot on. Very attentive, nothing was too much trouble and nice to have a friendly chat. The smell and warmth of the open fire when we retired to the bar was a lovely finish to the evening. Would highly recommend.
Met friends who live in Essex-we live in Kent-what an amazing pub and staff were so welcoming and friendly.. worth the hour drive and we will be back.. food was delicious and Paula who served us and looked after us all evening was the icing on the cake.. such a lovely lady.. can’t wait to go again

Had a great evening, probably the best Steak & Ale pie I've had. Good atmosphere and Jodie our waitress was efficient and attentive. All in all a good evening, will definitely go back.
