Had a lovely coffee date today - the upstairs ambience and aesthetic was so Parisian, I adored it. The wait times are obscene however I can understand because it's so much more popular than your average Costa/Starbucks. The prices are slightly cheaper and the quality of the cakes is miles better! The blueberry muffin - gorgeous. Amazing coffee! Lovely customer services and doggy friendly pick up one of our cards. Best friends alive dog training school we highly recommend this place. It's really good. You can take your dogs

Just wanted to say that I thought we had excellent service in Café Nero, Chelmsford this morning. Even at a busy time, the coffee was made to perfection, in good time and served at the perfect temperature. Compared to other high st coffee chains they just seem to get it right here. Hats off to the Baristas
