Knocked over a whole large black coffee today which is mildly embarrassing, but staff couldn't have been kinder and made me a new one, which they didn't have to do but was a really nice gesture.Thanks again,Adam
It’s a lovely place to go to and i’ve been a customer for a few years now. The team work so hard and are always welcoming no matter how stressful the job clearly is when they’re understaffed. I have noticed recently a change in atmosphere as well as a change in the standards. A few mornings i’ve come over for the store to not be open on time. While it was extremely busy, only two staff members were working to serve customers, while another seemed to be doing something...read full review

Had a lovely chap named lucas serve me a black forest hot chocolate and it was absolutely divine and was a fantastic suggestion!I also had a very yummy sausage roll that certantly warmed me up on a cold day.With a luxurious salted caramel brownie on top that was very yummy!Service with a smile is always appreciated and I hope to visit again soon!
