Heard it was under new owners and thought we’d give it a try. Turns out it is excellent. Very friendly staff and amazing tasty food. I had a burger that was very good. And my father had a roast which he was very pleased with. A lovely pub, in a lovely setting with lovely staff and great food. Our waitress Olivia was super, very attentive and fun. This pub has been really cared for and looked after both inside and out. The decor, the freshness and its very charming. So also sell bags of sweets!!!!

We were a party of 10 adults and 3 children, greeted and made to feel welcome by Olivia who looked after us brilliantly all evening. We had various menu choices and every dish was excellent with each person being served at the same time. The other waitresses assisting Olivia also did a fantastic job, the whole experience ensured a great evening for my wife’s birthday.
