Dropped by for a quick Saturday lunch. This was my second visit, the first being a midweek business lunch. As soon as we walked in we were greeted warmly by two young waiting staff. A very desirable menu, not too busy but enough on offer to choose from. We both chose from the light bite lunch. Not sure I would describe it as light, in fact it both choices were very filling. Had not been since before Covid. Had not lost any of its charm and ambiance. From the moment you walk through the door you are made to feel so welcome. No rush and yet the service was spot on. A good choice on the menu and the food was excellent. Already looking to book again

Most pubs and restaurants seem to be shut in this area on Mondays and Tuesdays, so we were relieved to find this open. It was so good we came back the next evening. Friendly staff, good service and excellent cuisine at a very reasonable price.
