This is a really super pub. My only complaint is that the menu is so full of delicious things, that it is really hard to choose what to eat. We were a group of 2 couples. It was good value, good service, lovely clean and comfortable bar area and above all good grub. Just go there. You won’t be disappointed.
We cannot praise the food at the Coach and Horses highly enough. Freshly cut meat (no catering packs here!) crispy roast potatoes, tasty gravy and a wonderful array of puddings to choose from. We recommend the home made ginger ice cream which perfectly complemented the apple tarte tatin. Oh, and I forgot to say, really friendly staff.

The landlord made room for us even when the pub was very busy , we had a 30 minute wait for food but was it ever worth waiting for, we had pulled pork burger , pulled pork with nachos and a beef burger. Needless to say we will be going again.
