Initially, the service was good when the guy took my order and prepared my cappuccino.When I had forgotten to ask for a stirrer, I came back and the guy ignored me completely and didn't even look in my direction when I was right in his direction. I had to hold back and felt annoyed. The other guy couldn't have been bothered to help me. I then repeatedly again asked nicely, he eventually helped me but it shouldn't have been that hard and spoke to me coldly and was not very warm....read full review

Nice coffee shop in the town centre of Saffron Walden. It was late so there wasn't much choice for cakes but I had the best one of lemon and marmalade.The capuchino coffee with soya milk is free of charge as alternative milk which I appreciate.There was plenty of space and some tables needed to clean a bit but the staff was busy topping up the shelves.Friendly place with nice views.

Was there today 20th April between 12.00 and 1.00 and the two ladies who were working there and served me were amazing and really helpful. I accidentally spilt my hot chocolate and they came over straight away and cleared up and were so nice about it. Wish all your staff was as polite and helpful. Shame I didn't get their names. Can you thank them for me.
