I had the pleasure of attending The Black Swan in Nazeing for their Halloween Party last Friday. While I didn't have the opportunity to try their food, I found the pub to be a cozy and inviting place. The quick and friendly service was a definite plus, making it an enjoyable experience overall. If you're in the area and looking for a relaxed atmosphere, The Black Swan is worth a visit.
Visited for first time today,had lunch. Very cosy pub,authentic,friendly staff,good food. Had tomatoe soup and Jacked potato. Will come back again soon!P.S. plenty space for parking! Nice garden/outside seated area.

Lovely Sunday lunch in a nice old proper pub. Good beer. Helpful, polite and efficient service. Reasonable price. Can get a little claustrophobic when it's very busy if you find that sort of thing difficult to cope with.
