I often call in here and the staff always make my coffee just how I like it. All the staff are friendly and very efficient. I called in this evening as they were getting ready to close but they were still happy to serve me and my two grandchildren, and we enjoyed our drinks and felt no pressure to leave, in fact quite the opposite! The staff engaged in conversation with the kids and they both even got both a marshmallow and a flake with their baby chinos, Best Costa in Gloucester!!

What lovely staff, so helpful. Kelly especially as I can't stand for long, brought my coffee outside for me so that I wouldn't have to wait. Also Jemma who cleared my table and was very helpful and polite. Great Costa to go to.

Coming into Costa here is usually a fantastic warm friendly experience, but something has changed, the usually bubbly staff look sad. It seems the new manager is upsetting people. And as I'm still here, listening to the staff being publicly rebuked is completely unprofessional. He should know better! Especially during that rebuke referring to an employee as having the memory as a fish!
