I have stayed in Premier Inn's all over theUK over many years for business, but I have never received such hospitality in any other hotel and I include 5 star hotels throughout the world!! My car had broken down in the hotel car park and couldn't be fixed or towed for 2 days.Both Kirsty (Manager) and Dee, were very kind, professional and compassionate about my situation and nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was HOT, window only opened a few inches. A fan was provided but I can't sleep with a fan on.Staff very pleasant, breakfast well cookedRooms: Apart from being HOT it was comfortable with a good showerFood & drinks: Breakfast had plenty of choice, well presented and nicely cooked.

We stayed here for 4 nights for a work trip. Staff were so wonderful and friendly! Couldn’t do enough for us. Room was clean, comfy bed, great breakfast with vegan options. Nice and quiet, but super location central to the main restaurants and high street, easy parking! Great stay, thank you to the staff who were very welcoming and kind x
