73-77 Euston Rd., Greater, Marylebone, LondonThe food probably deserves a 5, but I had to knock it down to a 4 because unfortunately the mac n cheese was - and I'm so sorry so say this - kind of atrocious! I was really craving some nice hearty mac so I was excited to see it on the menu as a main rather than a side dish. Was extremely disappointed by the oily, watery, flavorless slop that I got. No bread crumbs, not baked. The garlic bread was very nice and the salad was okay (could've used more dressing though) but this was a very sad meal.
HOWEVER! The halloumi fries we got as a starter were DELECTABLE! Perfectly fried and crispy, and the sauce that they came with was delicious.
My husband had the bacon cheeseburger, also phenomenal. The patty was delicious and the curly fries were awesome.
They clearly have a great kitchen and make some wonderful dishes, but if you're in the mood for some mac n cheese.... Don't get it from here ?

83-87 Euston Rd., LondonWent here for dinner this evening. We are from NZ and wanted to have a meal and drink in an English Pub.
We were invited in and offered a table. Presented in a nice clean look and atmosphere, mens toilets were so clean.
Service was good to start with.
One of us ordered a small pie and side of vegetables. The chicken pie came out cold, was reheated.
I ordered the beer batter Fish and Chips. All was good but the fish had a strange smell that was off putting. It was haddock! I didn't eat the fish, maybe it was ok. Plates were quickly cleared away and no questions from any staff to us about the meals. Price was reasonable.
Very disappointed and I was in no frame of mine to even mention my dislike, maybe I should have but not once were we asked about of meals.
I feel have rated them fairly.

I was met at the door by a friendly host, who patiently explained the menu and ordering, as i had not eaten at Nandos for years . It was very busy but all the staff i encountered were really warm and friendly.
Delicious food and wine, served promptly. Great music.
Perfect experience for tired, hungry, jet-lagged lone traveller.

Bar staff were great. I wandered in feeling like Axl when he got off the bus in the Welcome to the Jungle video with the straw in his teeth, completely overwhelmed and a sense my anxiety would kick in but, within maybe 5 minutes, I felt completely at ease, no shots necessary. All it took was cold beer, rock n roll and good people.

Unit 24, Midland Road St Pancras International Station, LondonI was taking the eurostar from this station and decided to look for a place to charge my phone and hopefully get on the wifi, starbucks has entered the chat. When I went it was later in the evening so I was able to place my order right away. I work part time at sbux here in the states and I get a discount when I am at other stores so I asked the barista if I could still get my discount even tho I was from the states. She said she should be able to but as it turns out it would not go through. The girl said "oh that's ok, this one is on me because I want you to have a good holiday" and she rang up my drink free of charge. She really did go above and beyond because I was not demanding nor expecting a free drink just a discount. The lobby was full so I was not able to find a seat nearby with an outlet. Me and my friend decided to go over next door to the burger place instead. This is nothing against the wonderful team at sbux is just that the lobby was full. Great customer service here, would love to go back again.

The reason for my 5* review is the wonderful customer service received by Shiful (I hope I am spelling that correctly!) at around 5.40 pm on 11th Sept at Marylebone, he is a wonderfully friendly and kind person who made recommendations for sandwiches - unfortunately I went against them as my knack for pepperoni got the better of me and ordered the melt, but I shall certainly return for his Katsu curry sandwich suggestion! Many thanks to him for being so approachable and helpful.
