My favourite is the banana and chocolate one as they are very generous with the fillings and it tastes delicious! However, the cheese crepes tend to have too much butter in them and are quite greasy.

1 Hampstead High St, LondonA short-haired girl named Elaine works here, and she is truly the best waitress in the world. Today, I encountered a homeless person trembling in the cold wind all day. I decided to buy him a meal from Cafe Nero, where I had spent the entire day. Elaine recognized me and wondered why I had returned so soon after leaving. When I explained that I was getting a hot meal for the homeless man, she immediately charged me very little for the meal set, wanting to help him too. The store is incredibly lucky to have such a kind and warm-hearted person like Elaine on their team. I wish her and this place all the best!

Had a slice of their cheesecake which was so yummy I had a second slice. Service supremely friendly. Atmosphere just as I like my coffee shops. Quiet enough to chat and busy enough to feel discrete.

7 S End Rd, LondonAs we didn't eat or drink anything in the cafe, I'm writing this review entirely based on the service, which was how friendly and supportive they were in our stressful situation.
It was a hot day. I was walking with my friend and my old dog, Pippi, in the park. We realised we had walked too far, so we tried to take a cab, but they didn't allow dogs. We ended up walking to Starbucks instead.
Once, my friend sat down looking for a taxi on her phone. I rushed up to the counter to ask them for a cup of cold water with ice for my seriously dehydrated dog. They instantly made it, and they didn't charge me a penny for it.
My dog accidentally spilt the cup on the floor. As my friend and I panicked, running around to find napkins, the staff just smiled and got a mop, cleaning it up for us.
My Mum later got us a cab and we headed home.
I wanted to express my gratitude to the kind employees who helped us in this Nerve-wracking experience.
