I arranged to meet a friend here on the Saturday before Christmas, and as there were no tables available for booking, I guessed it would be quite busy. However the staff member who greeted me on arrival could not have been more pleasant and helpful. She found us a table for two, near the bar and by a window which was lovely. She did say we could only have the table until 4 (I arrived at 2.30) but we actually stayed beyond that and none of the staff made us feel hurried or unwelcome....read full review
Iconic place with a dazzling history. We were warmly greeted for my sisters bday. Unfortunately we had to dash off to the Savoy theatre!My sister had the Kings cobbler and mine was the Cupid cockails.Orange based taste ! The piano man brought the house down! Service was brilliant too

Lacking the ambiance of the wider Savoy Hotel, perhaps if one visits when a pianist is playing it has a bit more atmosphere.The art deco design is beautiful and cocktails are well-made, but wouldn't return in a hurry. I prefer the likes of The Ned.
