I’m so confused by the bad reviews. We went here by chance as was around borough market. Service was amazing and food was spectacular. Me and a work colleague are both big foodies. Yes it isn’t cheap but I don’t know good quality BAO that are! Our waiter was Shogo who was so kind and helpful. His recommendation for his favourite went down a treat with us and we ordered more. Also shout out to Rory for taking care of us as well.

My boyfriend and I came across Bao while walking around Borough Market, we didn't have to wait long for a table. We looked at the menu and our order was taken quickly. The food and drinks were amazing, and the 30-day-aged beef was so good we ordered another, the staff were helpful and polite, we'll definitely be back next time we're in London.
