Honestly… I do not know what to say. Other I feel at a loss for words on the incredible service I received from Ahmed sahal in the itsu Covent Garden store today.This staff member had restored my faith in the brand , I had a bad experience a couple of weeks ago in St Pancras with old avocado in my meal. I come to Neal street Itsu a lot, bacause I work around the corner. And I have to say that Ahmed is my favourite staff member, always cheerful and provides exceptional customer service. I always leave with a smile:)

I work in the area and frequently come to Itsu for lunch, the main reason I visit is because of the wonderful and friendly service I experience from the staff, specifically Ahmed who is always provides exceptional service. He goes the extra mile and is always on hand to help with any of my queries. His warm and pleasant demeanour always brings me back to visit Itsu neal street.
