Extra points for being dog friendly!!! The food is okay but given the prices I'd expect better hygiene and service. There was leftover lipstick on one of our glasses and in general while the service is okay for a pub, it really doesn't match the price of £17 to £25 per meal.
Lovely homely pub with good guiness an open fire and a nice resturant! The pub is dog friendly and just a stones throw of a walk across from dunham massey Park.Service is always friendly and someone there to chat to!

The staff were wonderful, the food (& drinks) were amazing, and it's a lovely place to go and sit for food/something to drink, especially at the end of a long walk along the canal.
