Costa Coffee is a popular spot for a sit-down and a drink. The staff, including the team and the manager, are friendly and provide excellent customer service. They serve great coffee, including the best flat white for miles. However, the store sometimes runs out of decaf coffee, and tables are not cleared promptly due to a lack of staff. The toilet area also needs updating. Despite these issues, Costa Coffee remains a favourite among locals, largely due to the hardworking staff who are a credit to the brand.
